You can see the work taking shape.

A clear scope, working reviews and steady updates. We make decisions visible from the first conversation through delivery.

No pressure, no hard sell.

Start with the problem and the people it affects. We will agree a useful first scope together.

From a problem to a working release

The depth of each step follows the scope. Reviews stay tied to the workflow you need to improve.

  1. Discovery and Strategy

We listen to the people doing the work and follow a representative task through the current tools. Together we identify the problem, the first useful boundary and the decisions still needed. The output is a scope with acceptance examples and a visible list of assumptions.

  2. Design and Architecture

We map the user journey, data and interfaces together. Permission differences and failure behavior belong in this discussion. We compare practical implementation choices against your environment and maintenance needs. You review the proposed shape of the system before we turn those choices into code.

  3. Development and Integration

We build connected slices so reviews show a task working from interface to backend. External systems are included within their supported interfaces and the agreed scope. Feedback and new ideas remain visible in the backlog, with the effect of a change discussed before it alters the release plan.

  4. Testing and Optimization

We check the agreed journeys, including invalid input, access boundaries and relevant integration failures. We inspect smaller screens and keyboard use where an interface is involved. Performance work follows representative evidence. The release review includes known limitations and the checks that establish the delivered behavior.

  5. Launch and Deployment

We prepare the deployment steps, configuration and operating notes. Data changes need their own review and, where included in scope, a rehearsal. Your team checks the release responsibilities and recovery considerations. The handover includes source code, documentation and a walkthrough of the delivered system.

  6. Support and Growth

Support is available after launch, with scope agreed together. We can review feedback, investigate scoped issues and plan the next work. Continued engineering can follow a new fixed scope or a monthly arrangement. The delivered backlog and decision notes give that conversation a concrete starting point.

Each stage ends with something you can review: a decision, a working journey or a release plan.

What you can expect from the working relationship

Founder stays hands-on

The person discussing the technical choices also helps build the solution. Questions about the work go directly to the engineer responsible for it.

Weekly written updates

Updates explain what is ready, what needs a decision and what comes next. Working reviews give the written plan a concrete reference.

Client owns source code and docs at delivery

The handover includes the agreed source, setup notes and operating documentation. Third-party services retain their own terms, which we identify during scoping.

We will record the scope, review responsibilities and operating expectations before the work starts.

Keep timing and changes understandable

Typical project timeline
6 to 14 weeks depending on scope
A new requirement appears
We review whether it belongs in the current release or a later increment. The effect on the release boundary is visible before implementation.
A provider or access dependency is unresolved
We identify its owner and the evidence needed to move forward. A dependency is recorded in the plan rather than silently treated as complete.
Work continues after delivery
Support: available after launch. We agree the responsibilities and the next scope explicitly.
We will discuss a change's effect on scope and dependencies before changing the plan.
